PILGRIMAGE COST

$2495.00

The above price is based on double occupancy, which means you will be assigned a room-mate or if you are traveling with someone you may arrange for s/he to be your room-mate . Included in tour cost: all ground transportation, accommodations, daily breakfast, some entrance fees & tour guide, story-telling gathering times, personal guidance with Kisma for those who request it, information package containg preparation materials two months prior to tour start date.)

Single supplement $ 250.00 -- This supplement provides you with your own room and will be required in full at the time of first partial payment, December 1, 2008. See payment schedule below. Other payment plans that fit your finances may be arranged after your deposit has been received.

Prices may change due to international currency fluctuations.

REGISTRATION AND DEPOSITS

A nonrefundable deposit of $300 is required by October 31, 2008 to confirm & hold your reservation. Why is the deposit nonrefundable? Because we require a minimum number of participants to make a pilgrimage an official goal, applying a nonrefundable deposit ensures that the individuals who do register have a serious intention of actually going. We've had folks change their minds and this has caused us to have to cancel a pilgrimage. Should an individual make their deposit and find out due to unforseen circumstances they cannot go on the pilgrimage, we will be more than happy to apply the deposit to the following year pilgrimage only.

STANDARD PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Two partial payments will occur. The first payment, will fall on December 1, 2008. The second payment, which is the balance due, will fall on March 1, 2009. A payment plan can be arranged, with the understanding that all money must be paid in full by March 1, 200.

Payment Schedule - $2495.00 less $300.00 nonrefundable deposit = $2195.00

1^st payment of $1097.50 will be due December 1, 2008 [single supplement due at this time]

2^nd payment of $1097.50.50 will be due March 1, 2009

Please note: we are very happy to assist you in creating a different payment plan to meet your budget, whether it be a monthly, bi-month, or quarterly payment plan. Please contact at your earliest opportunity to receive our assistance by submitting your information below:

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In the event of cancellation prior to 90 days before departure

all payments will be refunded in full less $300 nonrefundable deposit and any reservation deposits made with businesses in Ireland on your behalf.

If cancellations occur after 90 days the following amounts are refunded:

within 89-60 days before departure is 50% of the cost, less nonrefundable deposit and any reservation deposits made with businesses in Ireland on your behalf.

within 59-30 days before departure is 25% of the cost, less nonrefundable deposit and any reservation deposits made with businesses in Ireland on your behalf.

There is no refund if tour is canceled 29 days or less before departure.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Refund processing may take up to 90 days from the date received by Faerie Dance Tours.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

International travel requires a valid passport with a minimum of six months before expiration. Assistance in obtaining or renewing your passport is provided.

RESPONSIBILITY & DISCLAIMER

This tour is under the management of Faerie Dance Tours and is not responsible or liable for loss of property, injuries or loss because of illness, weather, delays, schedule alterations, strikes or wars.

Faerie Dance Tours is entitled to change the itinerary when it's considered necessary, and cannot be held responsible for these changes. The acceptance of any service provided as part of this tour, or of any ticket, shall be deemed acceptable to the tour member to these conditions.

All services are subject to the laws of the country in which they are rendered.
