Meditation is an active experience of sacred consciousness, deity, and higher reality; it helps us come to grips with our own reality, have better relationships, and find peace of mind through knowing we have an active part in the Co-creation of our lives. Being a Co-creator implies that such an individual has reached a state of clarity, meditation clearly focuses the mind, through such clarity, and solutions can be procured. The Co-creator acts on these unveiled solutions, thus, enacting reality being offered as potentiality.
For the student of esoterica, a form of daily practice is provided for stilling the flow of conditioned awareness, stilling the inner mental dialogues, entering a timeless-spaceless void wherein contact with sacred self and deity can be achieved. Such transformation can and usually does greatly enhance one's magical practices and results.

She provides 52 insights from master teachings around the world, in a comprehensible and easy to use format. Each weekly insight provides guidelines on suitable music, incense, essential oil, and candle colors. A 'Food For Contemplace' is given, followed by the Meditational Insight and three questions to prompt further meditation on the insight.
