FAERY WICCA, BOOK TWO

The Shamanic Practices of the Cunning Arts

The Ancient Oral Faery Tradition of Ireland

From ancient times comes the mention of the Oral Faery Tradition: A tradition mixed with magick and surrealism; a tradition that enchants the listener, drawing you into the mystery teachings hinted at in its mythos. The Oral Faery Tradition's teachings and its dimensions are not about little creatures flitting about with wings on their backs, as is so popularly misconstrued by individuals who are not a part of this autentic tradition. It is a tradition and world centered in the primal earth and the power contained therein, the stars inside the earth, the circles of existence. It is a tradition rich with the Ancient Gods, the ancestors, and the continuum. The Oral Faery Tradition has survived, and is alive today within these pages. Because the tradition of Faery Wicca is recognized as the backbone of many other types of Celtic Wicca, and because the tradition spans generations and therefore is replete with rich and varied practices, the complete study of this ancient oral tradition warranted coverage in two books: Thus, the Faery Wicca Series.

Faery Wicca Book One was the first book to provide the mystery teachings of the ancient Oral Faery Tradition, but is no longer available for various reasons, the main one being that it focuses to heavily on wiccan practices rather than Bhairdic, which is where the heart of the author and the Faery-Faith Tradition & Network of today is focused.

Faery Wicca, Book Two -- available as a book on CD, deepens the focus off of wicca onto the Shamanic practices of the tradition, including energy work, the Body Temple, healing techniques, developing Second-Sight, meditation techniques, journies into the Otherworld, herbcraft, spellcasting, and a closing statement on the shamanic technique known as "remembering." These techniques are more in keeping with the purer traditional ways of the Oral Faery Tradition's Bhairdic and Druidic pathways.

Anyone interested in Irish history and mythology, paganism, witchcraft, women's and men's studies, Celtic Wicca, Shamanism, and the Occult will find Book Two an immensely rewarding and informative read.
